VirtualPools offers two primary license types tailored to different roles within the pool industry, alongside a team account option that supports multiple users under one license.

License Types

1. Pool Builder License

For: Pool builders and installers who design and sell directly to customers.

Includes:

• Full access to the dashboard to build and manage your product catalog
• Mobile app access for live 3D visualization and client presentations
• Create custom designs, adjust colors, finishes, stairs, and accessories
• Save templates and reuse designs across projects
• Access to AI Enhancement and Lead Generator tools

2. Supplier License

For: Manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers who want their products featured in installer catalogs.

Includes:

• List your products in the VirtualPools system for installers to use
• Dashboard access to manage your product catalog
• Mobile app access to configure and present your own products
• View insights on which installers are showcasing your products
• Control dealer access to your catalog

License variants: Pool License, Accessory License, Object License

Team Accounts

Additional User Spots

For: Employees, sales representatives, or team members who need to present designs but should not access backend settings.

How it works:

• Added as an add-on to an existing Pool Builder or Supplier license
• Each team member needs their **own spot, **sharing logins is not possible
• The app can only be used on one device per user at a time

What Additional Users can do:

• Use the mobile app to present designs to clients
• Access all products pre-selected by the account admin
• Take snapshots and use Live Mode

What Additional Users cannot do:

• Access the dashboard
• Add, remove, or modify products in the catalog
• Manage users, billing, or account settings
