To get started as a User on VirtualPools, upon receiving an invitation via email from your admin (Pool builder orSupplier), follow these steps for an optimal experience:

1. Activation via Email: Upon being added by your admin, you'll receive an email invitation from VirtualPools. Click the link within to begin your onboarding journey.
2. Password Creation: Follow the prompt to create a secure password. This password, along with your email, will be your credentials for the VirtualPools app.
3. App Installation: Download the VirtualPools app directly from the App Store or use the QR code below, ensuring your device is part of our supported devices.
4. Logging In: With the app installed, log in using your newly set credentials to access the VirtualPools environment.
5. Exploring the Catalog: As a User, you won't have the ability to alter the catalog or add brands/products. The catalog available to you has been configured by your admin. Navigate through the app to explore the brands and products that have been pre-selected for your use.
6. Brand and Product Selection: Choose a brand from the catalog. After selecting a brand, you'll then pick a product to showcase. This structured selection process leads you to the augmented reality (AR) feature.
7. Utilizing AR Features: With a product selected, engage the AR functionality to place the pool in a live environment. This immersive feature allows you to scan the surroundings with your device's camera, creating a realistic visualization of how the pool will look in any given space. You can adjust the position and orientation of the pool within this AR view, offering potential customers a comprehensive look at their future investment.

Remember, your catalog is configured by the admin account on the dashboard.

You can leverage the powerful AR functionalities of the app to provide clients with an interactive and engaging presentation of what their dream pool could look like, all without making changes to the product selections. This streamlined approach ensures consistency across presentations while allowing for flexibility in the visual sales process.
