Onboarding as a Supplier

Joining VirtualPools as a Supplier

For suppliers aiming to join VirtualPools, here's a detailed, step-by-step guide to streamline your onboarding:

Step 1: Initial Contact

Start by reaching out here book a call or emailing support@virtualpools.io. This initiates a conversation where we discuss the specifics of the products you wish to integrate into our system.

Step 2: Detail Discussion

We delve into the details of your products, exploring features, capabilities, and how they can be best presented in an augmented reality (AR) environment. This helps us understand what makes your products unique and how to showcase them effectively.

Step 3: Pricing Agreement

Together, we agree on a pricing structure that reflects the development effort and the value brought to the VirtualPools catalog. Every supplier arrangement is tailored to your specific needs.

Step 4: Product Development

Our team begins developing your products for AR visualization. This phase is collaborative, requiring your input to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. We work closely with you to make sure every detail is right.

Step 5: Account Setup

Concurrently with product development, we set up your Supplier account. This allows you early access to test the products in AR and provide feedback, ensuring the final output meets your expectations.

Step 6: Feedback and Refinement

You'll have the opportunity to test the virtual products and give feedback. We refine the products based on your input until you're completely satisfied.

Step 7: Publication Preparation

Before your products go live, you'll upload thumbnails, refine product descriptions, and confirm names, ensuring all communication materials are polished and professional.

Step 8: Visibility Settings Configuration

Decide on your preferred level of product visibility within the VirtualPools catalog:

Setting

Description

Public

Recommended for broadest reach — all installers can see and use your products

On Request

Products are listed, but installers require your approval to access them

Private

Products and supplier name remain hidden and can only be seen by specific accounts

Step 9: Product Publication

Once everything is in place and you've confirmed readiness, we publish your products live in the catalog. They become available to installers immediately.

Step 10: Dashboard Management

Use your Supplier account credentials to access the dashboard. Here you can manage:
