Welcome to your quick start guide for VirtualPools, your gateway to immersive pool design and planning. This guide is tailored specifically for new installers embarking on their VirtualPools journey. Please note, this tutorial is not intended for Brands or Users with an invitation.

On Your Computer (Web Dashboard)

Step 1: Book Your Discovery Meeting

Visit www.virtualpools.io/demo and complete the two-step qualification form (name, email, phone → company details, sales volume, objectives). A member of our team will call you within 5 minutes to schedule your Discovery Meeting.

Step 2: Complete Session 1 (Discovery Meeting)

During this video call, we introduce VirtualPools, present customer case studies, discuss pricing, and explain the conditions for becoming a customer. Agreement in principle on pricing and terms is required to proceed to Session 2.

Step 3: Complete Session 2 (Activation Meeting)

Before this meeting, we build your customized whitelabel configurator including your company logo. During the meeting, we demonstrate your configured environment, train you on the platform, and identify additional content needs.

Step 4: Activate Your Account

After Session 2, your account is activated upon payment of your annual license. You will receive your dashboard login credentials via email.

On Your Tablet (Mobile App)

Step 5: Download the App

Now, grab your compatible device (see our Supported Devices page for details) and download the VirtualPools app. You can find it in the Apple App Store (for iPad) or Google Play Store (for Android tablets). Just search for "VirtualPools."

Step 6: Log In to the App

Open the app and log in using the email and password provided to you after account activation.

Step 7: Design Your First Pool

You're ready to go! Start a new project, choose a pool from your library, and begin customizing. Your account will feature your own company's branded whitelabel configurator, not the default VirtualPools brand.
